Production & Audit

TM 26-04 Supply & Stockpiles

Production Stats & Audit Log

Both pages are found under the Logistics section of the main navigation. They are read-only; no changes can be made from either page.

Production

Go to Logistics → Production to see a breakdown of everything your regiment has produced into its depots over the course of the current or past wars.

Viewable by all members (GRUNT Grunts and above)

What counts as "produced"

Production counts items that were added to a depot by logistics staff, whether brought in from outside or produced at a factory. It does not count items that were moved between your own depots, so if an item goes from Depot A to Depot B, it only counts once (when it was first deposited into A).

This distinction matters for leadership reviewing output: the Production page reflects real work done, not internal reshuffling.

Filtering by War

Use the War selector at the top of the page to scope the view:

  • All Time: totals across every war the regiment has tracked
  • War [number] / [Shard]: totals for a specific war on a specific server shard

The current active war is selected by default.

Reading the Table

Column What it shows
Item The name of the item as it appears in-game
Produced Total units deposited into regiment depots during the selected war
Throughput Average units produced per day across the selected period

The Total Produced row at the bottom sums every item tracked.

How to use it

Production is most useful for:

  • After-action reviews: understanding what the logistics branch actually put into the supply chain during a war
  • Planning: identifying which items are being produced at high volume and which are bottlenecks
  • Recognition: showing leadership who the active producers are (cross-reference with the Audit log to see which staff members recorded the most intake events)

Audit Log

Go to Logistics → Audit for the complete record of every supply-related action in your regiment.

Viewable by all members (GRUNT Grunts and above)

What gets logged

Every action in the S&S Room is written to the audit log automatically. This includes:

  • A depot being created, renamed, relocated, or archived
  • Inventory quantities being updated (with a summary of exactly what changed)
  • A depot being marked as refreshed
  • A logi request being created, updated, or cancelled
  • An item being claimed or released on a request

Reading the Log

Column What it shows
When Date and time the action was taken
Depot Which stockpile the action relates to (blank for request-only actions)
Event The type of action (e.g., "Inventory Updated", "Depot Created", "Request Fulfilled")
By The Discord display name of the member who took the action
Detail A plain-language summary, e.g., "+5 Mammon 91-b added, -2 Fiddler Submachine Gun removed"

Entries are shown newest first. Use the filters at the top to narrow by depot or date range.

How to use it

The audit log is the final word on what happened and who did it. Common uses:

  • Investigating a discrepancy: if a depot's inventory looks wrong, the audit log shows every change with the responsible member's name
  • Confirming a refresh: check whether a depot was physically verified by a member before trusting the quantities
  • Accountability: the log cannot be edited or cleared, providing a permanent record for leadership

The audit log cannot be filtered by member name directly, but you can scan the By column or use your browser's find function on the page.
