Joint operations let you invite another regiment to participate in one of your operations. Guest regiments can view the map, contribute drawings, and access the Document Panel. Each guild receives its own copy of the Warning Order and Full Order in their own Discord channel.
Inviting a Regiment
You must be the host (the guild that created the operation) to send invitations.
- Open the operation in the map editor.
- Click the Allies button in the sidebar (shield icon).
- Search for the guest regiment by name.
- Click Send Invitation.
The invitation appears as pending on your Allies panel. The guest regiment receives a notification in their Operations page.
Accepting an Invitation
Guest regiments see pending invitations in the Invitations Bar at the top of the Operations page.
- Click Accept to join the operation as a guest.
- Click Decline to reject the invitation.
Once accepted, the operation appears in the guest regiment's operations list.
What Guests Can Do
After accepting, the guest regiment's members can:
- View and navigate the operation map
- Add their own drawings (frontlines, markers, stencils)
- Read the Document Panel (briefing, tasks, roster, supplies)
The host retains full control: only the host can publish, delay, cancel, or end the operation. Only the host can remove the guest.
Discord Publishing for Joint Operations
When the host publishes the operation, each participating guild receives its own Discord posts:
- The Warning Order is posted in the host's configured operations channel and in each guest's configured operations channel.
- The Full Order is posted separately to each guild's channel.
This means each regiment can manage signups and discussion in their own server while working from a shared operational picture.
Revoking Access
The host can remove a guest regiment at any time from the Allies panel. Click the remove button next to the guest's name. Their access to the operation is revoked immediately, and any further Discord posts will not be sent to their channel.
